Since 1987, the Savills team in Hong Kong has been providing services to the Lippo Centre, demonstrating that effective office management can deliver long-term costs savings to the client. For the period 1989 to 2007, we have been able to achieve a total saving on electricity bills of around HK$39m (£2.5m), despite continuous increases in energy costs.
With a gross floor area of around 1.3m sq ft, the Lippo Centre comprises two office towers above a podium on Queensway, Admiralty. There is also basement car parking for 35 vehicles. Our role is to manage the public area for all the owners together with tenancy management for the building’s largest single owner, the Lippo Group. As in each of the last 20 years, during 2007 we continued to deliver a quality service through a combination of capable staff, excellent customer service and innovative management solutions.
By building on the long-established relationship with the Lippo Group, we aim to provide continuous improvements to the physical environment, technical facilities and customer services. Our objective is to enhance the property’s market position and image, which will in turn increase the asset value and achieve substantial growth in rental.
